Another fun food story

Picture of our pizza stuck to the baking stone.

Since I am just learning how to really cook, I will probably find these amusing for awhile. (They're not really amusing at the time, but when I write about them, I see the humor.)

Last week Philip was dying for pizza, which, of course, is filled with things that tear apart his body. Let's see... wheat: check. Dairy: Check. Yeast: check. Yup, lots of things to hurt him. But he's been craving it for awhile, so we decided to make pizza work for us.

We had a gluten-free pizza mix from one of Phil's aunts, and we put that to good use. Then, we went to a health food store and found - get this - soy cheese! It melts just like mozzarella cheese and Phil says kinda tastes like mozzarella.

So we went home and made pizza - with Phil cheese on one half and Tammi cheese on the other half. We put it on the baking stone and voila PIZZA! The only problem was that I forgot to grease the baking stone, so half the pizza ended up sticking to the baking stone, like the picture I put up soon will show you. However, the pizza was still delicious, and I'm sure we'll try it again soon!
